My friend is a personal trainer and he has taught me a lot of things about fitness. He is the one that encourages me to workout and to maintain a healthy diet. I really don’t like to workout every week, but I force myself to exercise. Because I exercise a lot and do fat loss home dumbbell workouts, I am in a healthier shape than two years ago. I have a flat belly and I look and feel healthier than before.
I really thank my friend for encouraging me and supporting me. If it wasn’t for him, I don’t think I would be working out today.

When I was finally able to afford a new truck, I called my insurance agent to add it to my insurance policy. He told me what me new rate would be, and it was more than double what I had been paying! When I asked him why it was going to cost so much, he said that it was a nice truck and it would be expensive to repair or replace. I decided to go online to get some quotes for car insurance Ontario area, and the quotes I received were much lower than what my agent had told me. I switched companies and got a much lower price! WooHoo!

On Sunday morning I got up early to wash my truck. I do this every Sunday as a way to relax. I also just happen to take care of my things. While washing my truck I thought over the conversation I had with my boss the day before. My boss and I went to lunch to talk about the direction the company was going. We talked about our new office in Colton, the expansion of our product line, and some expired domain names he had been looking at. He told me that he would like me to head the Colton office. I told him I would be happy to take the job.

My local pet store is having a sale this month and advertised a discount on all items in the store. I just bought a parrot and needed to buy him a new parrot cage and all the accessories that went with it. The salesman was very helpful and showed me all the different styles of cages and suggested that I might want to get him a playground to go on top of the cage. This is where the bird can come out of his cage and play on the ladder and perch. I told him to wrap it all up and let him know I would need some treats too.

We took a boating trip over the weekend. We were celebrating my cousins birthday out on the lake with a few of our closest friends. We all had a great time, maybe too much drinking but we all stayed safe and no one fell over board. One of my friends I thought was going to get seas sick because she didn’t look well, very pale you know. I asked her what the problem was and she said she felt ill and maybe she should go back to shore. After a few minutes she said she was feeling better so we didn’t have to go to early. Maybe something she hate didn’t agree with her.

After going to school for six years I’m finally going to get my masters degree. This has been a long and hard road for me. In addition to going to school full-time I had held down a full-time job. Thankfully for me it worked out pretty good. I worked in a women’s clothing store. We had everything in there as we specialized in finer clothes and accessories. Another thing that we specialized in was Louis Ferre Wigs. These days people are wearing wigs more and more for a uniform look. I personally like the way a blond wig looks on me. Of course I have black hair.

I have been trying to get my family to eat better lately. I bought one of those books that tells you how to sneak fruits and vegetables into the foods that your family already eats. I have tried a few of the recipes and they were good but it took me a long time to mash up some of the foods. So, I have been thinking about buying a food processor to help me with that task. I could save myself a lot of time by just throwing whatever needs to be mashed in the food processor and pressing a button!
