In general, a theological seminary is an institution of advanced instructing composed of scholarly teachers, leaders and students devoted to the truth. Essential to all academic study must be a dedication first to Jesus Christ as Superior Lord and second to the pursual of truth as a collective and personalized vocation.A Seminary should encourage key learned inquiry in an academic environment given to excellence in scholarship, a biblical worldview, spiritual insightfulness, and social conscience. It needs to produce a ministerial equilibrium between the intellectual, earthly, and spiritual dedication to Christ, His Word and His service.Going To a seminary or bible college will equip men and women for dynamic roles in local Bible-believing churches and corresponding field ministries. The seminaries basic end is to train leaders who possess scholarly excellence beyond the median university or college. Essential to the seminary mission is instilling character, heightening competency, and developing for service. Foundational to this school of thought is the thought that God has provided his veritable written revelation in the Bible, the Word of God. From this viewpoint the various studies and fields of discipline are researched, experienced, and applied.

I used to order all of my business checks from the bank. What a mistake. Little did I know that it was possible to get pre-printed checks in sheets that are all ready for use in my printer. Now when I need to write a check I print a laser business check right off my own desktop which allows me to pick the size of type and the font that I like. Printing my own checks has saved me a lot of time and hassle. The overall appearance of the checks is so nice that a lot of my business partners are also switching to this format.

At the after Thanksgiving sale, I stood in line because I wanted a new television from the nearby electronics store. I had seen that the Toshiba 19DV555DB TV that my husband had been talking about and wanted to buy it for him as an “I love you” present. When the doors opened, everyone filled the store and it was hard not to be shoved in. I was almost shoved to the floor but regained my composure as I finally made it to the boxes. I finally made it into a checkout line and got the TV to my car. I brought it home and my husband was really happy.

Earlier this month I bought a used motor-home here in Arizona. I have wanted a motor home for many years and found a good one at a price I couldn’t pass up. After checking it out there were only two problems with the motor-home. The first problem was the built-in microwave wasn’t working properly so I had it replaced. The second problem was that it had an older propane heater that wasn’t working properly either. I called up a local motor-home dealer to find out if he had an Amana propane furnace for my motor-home. He told me he would check into it.

San Jose is one of my favorite cities to visit in Costa Rica. I was so please to find a boutique hotel San Jose Costa Rica to stay at when I visit the city for business or pleasure. The Alta Hotel is located a scant five minutes away from San Jose, which makes it perfect. I have this buddy who wants me to go in on some land with him. I have never been too keen of business propositions like this. However, the plot of land that he wants us to buy is some really good property and could be very profitable if we flip it just right. Since this is a buyers market all we need to do is get our credit report and be approved for the loan for the land. AFter that we can go after investors to try and make this land a piece of property that is desired by businesses from all over the state.

I can’t believe I am saying this but I have gophers tearing up pmy back yard one plant root system at a time. How do I get rid of gophers? That is the question that has me coming online looking for answers. It will be a big pain in the butt to get rid of these. Either I will be hanging out in the back yard waiting for them to poke up their head with a bb gun or maybe hang out with a hose in one hand and a shovel in the other. Still not sure which direction to take.

This morning, I woke up to a painted sky. There were hues of pink, purple and blue amidst the city skyline. I smiled at its beauty, the beauty that reflected the creativity of the Creator. How beautiful is the sky! The sunset! The moon! The stars! Even the best binocular cannot lead our eyes to the million stars out there in the night sky. Have you ever seen a shooting star? I wonder if God aims the shooting star with a bow and arrow, or perhaps it is thrown from his palm. If you would take the time to appreciate beauty, you would find it in abundance.
