Have you ever noticed the backlighting in the instrument clusters of different cars? They all tend to have different colors and shades of colors that are used to light the instrument’s gauges. Some have a yellowish look, while others are more of a white. Some have an orange color to them and others have a blue color to them. While prefer some over others, I have wondered if there was any specific purpose behind the variance in instrument clusters backlighting. I have looked for a reason and have not yet come up with anything substantial. Aside from a person’s personal opinion that one color is “cooler” than another, I do not see any scientific reason for it.

I am fifty six years old and until last month, I have not had a wireless home security alarm system on any house that I have lived in. However, now that I have one in my home, I can’t live without it. The feeling of security and safety that it provides me has been addicting. So much so, that I can no longer sleep unless the alarm is set. I was laying down in bed last night and I realized I forgot to set the alarm. My legs were really sore so I did not want to get up to set it. After an hour of tossing and turning because I couldn’t sleep, I finally set it and fell right asleep.

When the idea of non invasive examinations of internal parts first came into being it revolutionized diagnostics. Even then when the only method available was with a rigid borescope we were able to see a lot more than we had before. While we could not go around corners or search above and below barriers, we still could see a lot more than we had in the past. Today those old borescopes have been replaced with flexible ones that can be maneuvered almost anywhere. They are even fitted with high power lights and video cameras so that that the journey can be viewed by many people at the same time.

Stair training is a big part of my No Gym Workout Program. In fact I wrote the Ultimate Stair Exercises before I even wrote NGN. The reason for me was that stairs really helped at a time when I could not exercise much due to an injury and subsequent surgery for a hernia.I became very depressed and stairs became an answer for me. Can it be an answer for you? What can you expect from using them? How about increased strength, power, flexibility and conditioning. And if that is not enoug tons of fat loss and a new training tool added to your exercise tool. Do not underestimate the power of this training tool.
