I’m going shopping for a TV tonight and I’ve been reading the flat screen tv reviews all day. Now, I’m more confused than I ever was. With the cost of TVs now, I thought I should be careful about what I buy. You know, get something that isn’t going to be obsolete in two months. But, I’m convinced now that the only thing to do is head to an electronics store and subject myself to TV salesmen. I’ve already thouroughly confused myself so how much worse can it be to let the salespeople have at me? I’ll probably leave the store with two TVs.

I have a couple of friends who went to college and got their degrees but can’t find any work to go along with it. They’re doing things outside of what they studied for and that’s not how I want to end up. I was thinking of getting my business accounting degree because I’ve always enjoyed working with numbers and in these rocky economic times, more people are looking for sound financial advice. So, I did a little digging and found out that I don’t have to be just an accountant. I can be in international commerce or work with non-profit organizations. It’s nice to have so many options.
