My sister’s birthday is coming up and I need to go shopping for her a gift. She’s having a big 30th birthday party so I can’t even put off getting her gift. I was thinking of either lambswool cardigans or a new purse. She’d love either one and goodness knows she never buys these things for herself. Since she became a mum, she never bothers to buy nice things. I wish you’d known her before she got married. She was the epitome of style. But these days, she’s mostly blue jeans and pony tails. I’d like to get her something nice to celebrate this momentous occasion.

In page 12, you try to explain that one should lay on one’s bed and “Tilt your head back and forth, up and down, tensing your neck muscles with each movement.” and then “Hold your head in each position for 10 seconds, and slowly release your head back to its original position.”, my question is if each time the head should be in three positions: up, down, and flat (“original position”)? or only up and down??? I am not clear as to how this will help me gain body weight fast. It just doesn’t make sense.
You also mention: “Switch sides, and repeat”, what do you mean? (It seems I got it wrong and perhaps I should not lay directly on my back but on my arms each set.)The exercises outlined in the table should be done also laying on a bed?

I have been riding horses for several years and one of my friends at the ranch trailers horses as a side business. She transports them when a person is moving and needs to have their horse relocated from one location to another. Sometimes when a horse is sick and has to be moved to the vet’s office she trailers them also. The other day she called to tell me that she was going to have to buy some horse trailer parts because one of the horses had kicked the back door to her trailer. She said it was not going to be a big job but they were going to have to order the part.
