I used to hate bathing suit shopping until I found the Agent Provocateur swimwear line. The pieces are exquisite. They are super flattering and set you apart from everyone else at the beach when you wear them. The pieces are exactly what I want in a bathing suit. I was a bit surprised when one of my good friends told me she was moving south to take up a role as a south african real estate agents but I suppose I shouldn’t have been all that surprised as I knew she wanted to get out of the city and move to a place that offered more of a lifestyle. The company she is going to work for has already sorted out a house for her and he r furniture is on the truck down there as we speak, which I’m happy about as I thought I was going to be the one moving all her stuff. It’s pretty good though as I now have a good excuse to get down to the lake more often.

Instead of doing a ton of those boring crunches on the floor you should be doing some six pack abs exercises that will work your abs so well you may be sore the next day especially if you have never done them before.
I am talking about ab exercises such as hanging knee raises.These are done by hanging on a pull up bar with your body straight. Then lift your knees up to touch your chest and then back down again.
This will seriously give you the advantage when it comes to working your abs. Everybody else will be stuck on regular ab crunches on the floor.
