A Name Badge Makes a Big Difference

I opened up a small medical clinic last year, and things have been going very well so far. I like for all of my staff members to wear scrubs but this was confusing to some of our patients. I decided to order a name badge for each staff member with their credentials clearly listed, so that the patients would know if they were talking to a medical professional or someone from the administrative office. This has been so helpful for us as a company.
