This is a diet service that delivers meals directly to your door.  You can customize your diet according to your health needs.  Bistro MD was developed by doctors who can help you plan your diet needs.  Many have lost weight with the service and they have lots of satisfied customers.  Dr. Phil featured a special and recommended the diet to someone who needed to lose three hundred pounds.  Even if you exercise everyday, if you do not eat the right foods your weight will come back.
