Bulk mortgage leads

This chapter discusses features of the treatment as non-issuable mortgage securities. The author expresses the opinion that the prohibition of the legislator to grant a Bulk mortgage leads, if the mortgage is subject to the enterprise or the right to lease, unduly constrains the use of economic turnover of enterprises as property complex.
There is a proposal to repeal the ban and making appropriate amendments to the Law on Mortgage. Thesis raises the question of the need to indicate in the mortgage as a creditor’s right to performance of the principal obligation and right to the collateral encumbered by a mortgage on the property.
