There are many places where you can one of these Chapelier purses and handbag totes If you are lucky, and do not want to pay retail price, you may be able to find these purses on auction sites such as EBay or Craigslist. More likely than not, you will find yourself in a bidding war, but usually, you will pay less than you would if you were to buy one of these totes for the retail price. If you do find a great bag online, make sure that it is authenticated with a certificate. Many of these auction sites claim authenticity and you pay a large price, but the product delivered turns out to be a fraud. Be mindful and you should be fine.
