Finding the Right Bellevue Mortgage

My husband and I have been attending college full time and working part time.  My parents have been kind enough to let us live in their basement so we could save money for a down payment.  It hasn’t been that bad but we are definitely ready to move out soon.  We need to find a Bellevue mortgage lender that will be able to get us approved once we find jobs.  I know that most lenders want you to have been employed for two years but we hope we can find someone that will overlook that issue and approve us for a loan.  We have strong credit ratings and a good chunk of money to apply for the down payment.
