The work schedule of funeral directors may seem dull but in reality it’s abuzz with loads of activity throughout the day. A funeral director has to arrange funeral services for the deceased in accordance with the wishes of their family and friends.
For this most funeral directors work out of a small office at the mortuary. Their basic activities include:
Helping the family of the deceased select caskets by highlighting the main features of each type.
Consulting priests from the religion to which the deceased belonged, in order to observe any special rules for cremation or burial.
So, you can surely understand that funeral directors are really busy people!
