Jealous Of So Many

I know that this is unhealthy but sometimes, things are just not that easy to stop. I really felt that I was getting on his nerves and I know that it would turn out into something really bad. That last argument is something that shook me. I think it is time to address why I am always feeling jealous. I know that it is really ruining everything for me. When I get jealous, I just could not seem to get my self off the hook. There are still a lot of things that we needed to look for and reconcile but I do hope that I would get jealous less frequently to help my self.
