Just An Email Away

When I got to my desk today, I had a problem with my email. Annoying, right? I put a call into the Business IT Support Services the company uses and in a few minutes, I had support on the line. I explained the problem – and he had it fixed before I was off the phone, a few minutes later. But it got me to thinking. This really isn’t unusual. These guys have their own company – we just call them when we need them – and they’re good. Really good. Before we found them, we relied on one guy in the office who knew a little about computers. But he didn’t know enough, most of the time. This is way better.
