Keeping Healthy And Eating Chocolate

It is possible to eat something I love and have it be part of my healthful eating regimen. I sometimes have a treat and have to sort of rationalize it but when it comes to one candy, it is actually good for me. I have found a healthy chocolate that has been enriched with strong antioxidants from acai and due to that addition it is so much more than just a candy, it is a health food. I can have a delicious treat and feel good about it, what a perfect situation! Now I can have some candy each day and there is nothing to regret.
