Land and Property Ownership and Being a Landlord

My father owned a lot of property in his lifetime and he passed these properties on to me when he passed. What he failed to pass on to me was the business side of the property and being a landlord. Becoming a Landlord was an inheritance to me so I had to get advice and find information in order to keep from going belly up in the property game. Once I got a guide on property investing and read all about being a landlord I felt better about my position. I also made sure I read all the laws, ordinances and deed restrictions (where they applied) for the areas where I now own property. It pays to be well informed in this business.
