More Lucrative Than Ever
August 24th, 2009
In the past, when a home was foreclosed on, it was usually the result of one of two things. Either the home came from a couple that had gotten divorced and couldn’t agree on who would pay the bill, or the foreclosure was the result of a business venture that hadn’t worked out. But now, more and more private individuals and married couples are becoming unable to pay for their homes. This makes the area of foreclosure investing more lucrative than it has ever been before. The market is saturated with these homes, so people are willing to sell them for far cheaper than they would have in the past.
