Need Someone to Help Us With Our Online Marketing

I am the Director for a small pre-school in the suburbs. Our enrollment has been down lately. We are starting to get concerned so we have been ramping up our ads. We know that most people find us through online searches so we would like to do more with our online marketing. However, we are educators, not Internet specialists. So, we are looking to hire someone to help us. We want to make sure that our advertising dollars, which are somewhat slim, go to the best possible use so that we can get a higher return on our money and increase our enrollment.
