My sister is the type of person that will make a decision and go through with it before she does the right research.  I was surprised when she told me that she contacted a new zealand immigration advisor to get more information on moving there.  Normally, she would have decided to move and just purchase a plane ticket.  But she must be serious about this because the advisor went through an assessment with her to help her decide if the New Zealand lifestyle was for her.  From this advisor, she has been able to find good resources for finding a job and an place to live.
