Out of control car strikes woman at bus stop

June 11th, 2009

After losing control of his car, a driver struck a young 25 year old female pedestrian with such force that she was thrown against a bust stop and was then dragged several feet.  The car was going fast enough to shatter the bench at the bus stop.  People from the neighborhood saw the accident and immediately reacted, pulling the young woman out from under the car and reviving her.  Three other female pedestrians suffered minor injuries as a result of the accident.  There are a lot of questions that remain to be answered regarding this accident.  In situations such as these, a skilled attorney experienced in handling Pedestrian Accident cases can help answer these questions and ensure that the victims are receive fair compensation for the injuries and losses they suffered as a result of the accident.
