Red Velvet Cupcakes

I love to bake and do it as often as I can. My daughter boyfriend just turned twenty one last week. The crowd of friends they have are really good kids. They don’t drink, don’t do drugs, and don’t do clubs. The just like getting together and hanging out. I offered to make a cake for my daughter to take over to his house the night of his birthday. She decided it would be better to have cupcakes so they didn’t have to fool with plates and stuff. I made the best ever red velvet cupcakes. The kids just loved them and already asked for more.
