Giving benefitsWhile benefits are provided to the members of your super fund it can be necessary for you to release a Pay As You Go (PAYG) payment summary for them. However, this is applicable only if you have suspended the total tax on the benefits provided to the members. Decease reimbursement and decease nominationsThe super fund laws and regulations permit the members of superannuation bodies to lead the smsf trustee and or trustees to provide decease benefits to their dependents or legal personal representative on their demise. The members should provide written direction called a decease nomination or notice. Check it out.
