Success as a “Team”

My company is very successful right now. There are a number of reasons for this. My product line is such that it weathers economic downturns and I also have a solid team built around me. It’s not just my outstanding employees that I am talking about–it is also the business coaches I hired a long time ago. I have made a lot of mistakes in life as we all have, but one thing I was fortunate enough to understand very early is to listen and to learn from others. Assets like these can save tremendous time and money in terms of business and financial planning as well as in a host of other areas.
