The west chester pa mortgage my dad will call

About a month ago on my father’s house started developing a water leaks during the winter months. I’m not really surprised by this because my father’s house is over 35 years old and to my recollection the roof of my father’s house has never been replaced. Because of this he decided he was going to contact a west chester pa mortgage company. He wanted to get a loan that would cover the expenses of putting a new roof on his house. In addition to this he had some landscaping he had in mind it was based upon some things he saw in Romania.
