Using the Internet to Find a Credit Card

I have decided that rather than waiting for a random credit card offer to come in the mail or just taking the one that my bank offers I am going to use the internet to find myself a new credit card. Can anyone tell me which of the instant credit card websites is the best? I want to have a good selection of no annual fee, low interest cards to choose from with good rewards programs. If I am going to have to pay interest I would at least like to get a little something back since so many cards offer rewards.
