We Had Issues With Our New Neighvors Construction

We have lived in the same townhouse now for over ten years.  In that time we have had a variety of neighbors on both sides and have gotten along with all of them most of the time.   When the newest neighbors moved in they shunned our welcome advances and we were willing to let them settle in at their own pace.  After a short time we began to realize that they were doing some construction next door and were not willing to talk about it when we asked.  We contacted a lawyer to see if our rights under The Party Wall Act were being violated.  It is a shame it had to come to that.
