Which Foreign Credential Evaluation Service is the Least Expensive?

I really need to get my credentials evaluated for my Visa application. Can anyone tell me which service that does this has the lowest prices? I know that some businesses have a Lowest Price Guarantee, are there any credential evaluation services that have this sort of guarantee? This process is getting a bit expensive already and I want to keep costs down as much as I can. Hopefully I will get my credentials approved soon so that I can get my Visa and come to get a good job in the US. Then I won’t have to worry quite so much about money.
