Which is the Best Way to Make Coffee in the Office?

We have decided that we would like to put some sort of drink machine in our office for the employees. That will make is so they don’t have to keep going out to the coffee shop for a drink. We are trying to figure out which of the coffee machines is the best for this sort of thing. We want to have really good drinks that are made individually depending on what the person wants. Can anyone recommend something good? I know I have seen machines like the one I am thinking of before, I just don’t recall the brands.
