A New Beginning: the Free Ares Download

Last Friday, I turned on my PC, only to discover, well, nothing.  In a word, my hard drive had fried.  Although I always sang the praises of backing things up, I hadn’t taken my own advice.  Consequently, all of my files and movies were lost.  After drying my considerable tears and going to my local retailer to purchase a new machine, I set it up.  By the next day, I took advantage of a Free Ares Download, and by Monday I had most of my music and movies back on my PC.  There are two morals of this story:  back up your system and take advantage of the Ares promotion.

Keeping Deer Off Of Your Land

deer are beautiful animals, but at times they can be trespassers that like to eat people’s grass and even rummaging through garbage. If you have this problem, there are a few things you can do to keep your property undisturbed. Naturally, most people think about putting a fence around their house, but that can be a pretty difficult task and can also take away from the overall feel of the house. A good idea is to get deer repellent from your local home improvement store. It is just a liquid that you put around the perimeter of your property. It won’t harm the deer, but it will most certainly make them stay away.

Some Vocal Lessons DVD?

Tons of singers are looking for vocal lessons on DVD to increase vocal abilities.  Even if you’ve been taking lessons from a coach, a DVD can be a great way to continue the process.  It’s going to usually take some consistency as a singer to improve all the time.  If you’re just taking lessons from a coach once or twice a week, but not putting in 20 minutes per day, you’re probably going to be really disappointed.  Some of the DVDs made by famous coaches, such as Brett Manning and Per Bristow are good for home lessons.  It’s also good to record yourself singing or you can record your practices in your house.  This helps you hear your true voice and not just what you imagine in your head.

I hope the Photographer returns My Call Soon

My daughter is getting married next summer and we have almost completed the plans. The only thing left to do is book the photographer. A friend of mind said she went to a wedding last spring and found a great photographer. She said he was really able to get some Candid Wedding Photography pictures that just looked spectacular. Well, I had to see who she was talking about for myself, so I did an online search. Viewing his website I knew that I had to book him right away because he is in high demand! I was able to leave a message and I hope he returns my call soon!

A Book Discussion Group

My brother in law called me about a week ago, and he told me that he was going to be having some people over on a Tuesday night to discuss this new book that he had just read by Randy Charach.  I asked him which one it was about, and he told me that it was the one on Internet marketing.  He wanted to have us all over to talk about it, and let him know what we thought.  I told him that my wife and I would be glad to come out for it.  I had really enjoyed the book.

What Time is it?

A couple months ago my dad’s favorite watch quit working. He’d had that watch for years and I knew he hated that he couldn’t wear it anymore. I decided that I would get him a new one for Christmas this year. I went into JEM Jewellers was able to find a watch that was almost exactly like the one he had. I bought it that day and I can’t wait for Christmas to get here so I can give it to him. Every time I see him I make sure to ask him if he’s taken the other watch in for repair. I can’t wait to see his face when he opens it on Christmas day..

Finally Getting My Guitar After 15 Years of Waiting

I wanted to learn the guitar since I was 10. I had seen the neighbor kids practicing in their garage. They weren’t very good, but what garage band really is? My parents always told me that they’d get me a guitar and lessons, but that never happened thanks to the divorce. Now I’m 25 and I’m going to learn the guitar. It will be self taught, but I know I can find easy acoustic guitar tabs online. All I need to do now is find the right guitar. None of my friends know anything about guitars so I’m going to have to believe what the salesman claims.

Basic Rules to Help Improve Your Singing

Before learning to sing any style of music, a person needs to learn how to sing do re mi.   Use this basic pitch exercise to help improve your singing voice and your ear for music.  What is meant by the term “ear for music”?  Simply put, it means you are more attuned to the sound your voice is making and you are more accurate when reaching for a note.  It is important to find the proper range for your voice and stay within it.  Trying to go outside your range only makes your voice sound strange and can damage your vocal chords.  Remember these basic pointers and it will help improve your singing.
