Planning During A Crisis

If you find yourself in a crisis, what do you do? Are you one of those people who act immediately or do you take the time to sit and think about what is happening and how to go about it? The latter is a great way to deal with a crisis because you will be able to have a clear mind as to what you are dealing with, what you need to do and if you have the resources that are needed to handle it. Crisis communications is the best tool that you can have at this point. You need to ask yourself if you have a crisis management plan that tackles not only the crisis as it is happens but for future crises as well.
