Do you like a tasty wine that is bold with a lot of character? If so, you must try a bottle of Northern California’s merlot, it is very spicy with a bold flavor and dry. The combination works and goes well with several different cuisines or even by itself as a way to unwind after a stress-filled day. I enjoy several different wine varieties but find I like the dryer wines best because they can be sipped over several hours. I always have wine in my house, but then living in the middle of Wine Country; it is commonplace to have a large selection of wines.
