Using a juicer to emulsify your vegetables is a great way to include more beneficial and balanced foods into your diet. It helps make your body less acidic if you consume a lot of meat and animal products. A balanced PH contributes to cancer prevention. Moreover, juicing is convenient and tastes good. After 14 years, the juicer I bought after reading a vegetable juicer review is still functioning well. It is a Vitamix juicer. Besides making juice, I use it to make soups. It is really easy.
