Transurethral resection of the prostate or otherwise known as T U R P is one of the most common procedure performed for the male prostate treatment.
T U R P resections the channels where the sperm cell are going to pass. Normally the sperm cells are ejected outside of a man’s organ, but with T U R P the channel is anastomosed connecting to the bladder where supposedly only houses the urine. With a procedure like this sperm cells are directed to the bladder. A man does not loose his ability to peak during making love, the only thing changed is where the sperm cells are released.
