Determine For A Rapid Weight Loss

I am really hungry right now and I want Rapid Weight Loss. I am starving but I read online that starvation is not good for it may affect of my goal of losing weight. The purpose of food in our body is to burn to be used as energy. I think the reason I have no energy is because I am not eating enough. All I have to do is to reduce my calorie intake and pair it with exercise. The past few days, I was so really lazy that I just want to sleep. This is not good if I have no determination.
