Presented in the Fat Burning Furnace are circuit based weight training exercises. Please, if you are female, do not be concerned in regard to becoming excessively muscle bound while weight training. Due to a lack of testosterone in females, it is extremely unlikely for them to grow large amounts of muscle. Rob does an excellent job of explaining the Fat Burning Furnace section of the book. Both staying away from certain foods and enjoying the right foods, are explained in depth as far as what to eat and when. Additionally, some terrific meal time plans are given to aid you. For example, the guide explains that you should small meals frequently in order to keep your metabolic rate high all day. This fact, along with many others, has been proven scientifically and is a demonstration of Rob’s authority on the subject.
