Getting six pack abs can really be difficult especially if you have no idea what you are doing.

Start out by doing some really effective ab exercises such as reverse crunches and swiss ball pull ins. These will really work your abs well. But keep in mind that you need to lose that belly fat.

That is why you need to diet for six pack abs and do other exercises like compound movements. Some of the most effective compound exercises for burning your body fat include squats and hanging knee raises.
