Automatic Delivery of the Medifast Diet

I love being healthy, so I do everything that I can to continue that way of life everyday.  Unfortunately my life has become so hectic that I have not been able to eat right and I just don’t have the time to prepare my meals like I used to.  I have been looking for a way to make this process easier and came across the medifast diet.  I can have my meals shipped to monthly and with their V.I.P Membership my shipments are sent automatically.  It’s great knowing that I don’t have to worry about ordering my meals monthly because they take care of it for me.
