What is the importance of a raw food detox? I suppose so many people think it’s so much faster to head to some local drive thru rather than grab an apple or perhaps a carrot. Any fruit or vegetable can be defined as raw food so long as it is not cooked. When you eat raw food, you cleanse your body of chemicals and such that cooked foods leave inside. This is so important for natural waste elimination. The average person does not need an enema, rather we all need some uncooked fruits and vegetables that will get our bodies back on the right track.
