Bodybuilding Exercises For Muscle Mass?

In page 12, you try to explain that one should lay on one’s bed and “Tilt your head back and forth, up and down, tensing your neck muscles with each movement.” and then “Hold your head in each position for 10 seconds, and slowly release your head back to its original position.”, my question is if each time the head should be in three positions: up, down, and flat (“original position”)? or only up and down??? I am not clear as to how this will help me gain body weight fast. It just doesn’t make sense.
You also mention: “Switch sides, and repeat”, what do you mean? (It seems I got it wrong and perhaps I should not lay directly on my back but on my arms each set.)The exercises outlined in the table should be done also laying on a bed?
