Doing Roll Over Stretch Exercise To Lengthen Your Spine
June 26th, 2009
Spinal compression can be reversed by doing stretching exercises that help combat the force of gravity that works on the body for as long as you are vertical. If performed with dedication, these grow taller exercises can actually lengthen the limbs, joints and ligaments beyond their normal limits. One such exercise is the roll over stretch. Roll over stretch: Lie down on your back with arms at the side of the body. Lift up your feet above the ground and pull them all the way above your head to the other side, until your toes touch the floor. Remember that your knees should not be allowed to bend. Stay for about 30 seconds before reversing the process.
