Foods to Eat If You Have A Yeast Infection

June 20th, 2009

Maintaining a proper diet during yeast infections is very important as they act as a catalyst for the recovery. If you follow the proper diet, then the recovery is speedy, otherwise your condition would deteriorate. There are some foods which should be completely avoided in a yeast infection diet while there are a few which should be gorged upon. Anything with sugar and yeast in it is a big no while food like fresh garlic, pro-biotic yoghurt, apple cider vinegar and lots of water are very helpful in accelerating the cure process. If you follow a proper diet coupled with medicines rather than pinning your hopes only on medications, the infection will be got rid of much more quickly.
