Fruits, Vegetables and Exercises are Simply Great

I just finished eating an apple. Three months ago I decided to eat healthier. So every day I eat 2 or 3 different fruits. Earlier today I ate grapes and now I just had an apple. I like fruits and vegetables a lot.
Due to the fact that now I eat healthier and exercise, I feel so much better than before. That is, a few months ago I used to always feel tired and I couldn’t even go up two stair cases without being so tired. Now I do exercises for fat loss and I feel great. I make sure that I go at least three times a week to the gymnasium.
