Get the Most Out of Your Home Gym

May 28th, 2009

How many times do people buy a home gym with good intentions, only to have it turn into a very expensive clothes rack soon after they get it home?  The key to getting the most out of your home exercise machine is really no different from success in working out at the gym:  getting there is 90 percent of the challenge.  Take small steps.  If you can convince yourself to put on your workout clothes, you’ll feel foolish if you take them off again without working out.  Set up an inviting environment around your gym with your favorite music, movies, or reading materials, and a fan to keep you cool when it’s hot.  You may even find that you look forward to your daily workouts at home!
