Getting Insured Before Anything Happens

I have a cousin who is not all that smart.  Over the years she has done so many crazy things that it is no wonder that she is still alive.  I tell people the stories of her life and you would think that is is a movie.  So the other day I was talking with her about health coverage and how great it would be if she actually got some.  She was worried that there would not be cheap health insurance that would give her the kind of coverage that she would need. I told her that any coverage was better than no coverage.
