Give me more fat burning foods

It would be heavenly to not have to worry about what we put in our mouths anymore.  If we could only include fat burning foods with every meal.  This leads me to wonder what are the best fat burning foods on the market today.  I know that cruciferous vegetables are blessed with this fat burning gift.  Although theses veggies like broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, cabbage can also be a curse to some folks.  These gifted plants cause some individuals to have gas, also known as flatulance.  The benefits outweigh anything if you ask me, so if you are going to indulge in this family next meal, why not add a little to every plate.
