Great Way To Build Muscle Fast

It’s summer time and you have done one push-up yet.  You have a hot date on the beach and you want to build muscle fast.  How fast can one build muscle?  Well, the truth is it all depends on the individuals body.  Don’t be fooled by the hype of muscle nutrition companies claiming they can have you pumped in your first workout.  The best way to put your body on the fast track to building muscle is to feed your muscles a little more of what they need naturally in conjunction with a good hard workout that involves mostly complex movements using heavy weight and low reps.
