1. Set a weekly target of achieving something – whether it is exercising 3 times a week, or eating 2 fruits daily, it is a goal that will make a difference to your waistline over time.  It is only through good healthy habits that will overcome your problems!

2. Give yourself time to get to your final goal – 3 weeks or 3 months, not long enough.  you should be looking to a year and more.  The longer you stick to a program, the better it is for you – but make sure it is fun for you
