Is Marijuana Addictive?

Is marijuana addictive?  Yes it is.  Some people would argue this fact and say that weed is not really addictive because there are no physical withdrawal symptoms, but they are actually wrong.

Marijuana has withdrawal symptoms, but only in extreme cases with very heavy smokers.  But this proves the point nonetheless. 

In terms of psychologically, is marijuana addictive?  Yes it definitely is.  We know this because many people use it to self medicate their feelings and use it as a crutch when they have to deal with heavy issues in their lives.  This is no different than medicating with alcohol or other drugs.
