It Makes Sense to Outsource Protein Manufacturing

I have been working with a drug manufacturing company that has reached it’s maximum capability of production.  In order for the company to continue to grow, they are going to have to do some expansion.  In order for them to do that they will have to buy a lot more equipment and hire additional employees.  They management has been reluctant to take this step.  I have been thinking about their predicament and believe that they could expand their operation if  they were to outsource their protein manufacturing.  I plan on doing a little ore research before presenting this idea to the board.
