Keep the Muscle Building Physique

I would love to train a lot and get into top notch condition if I knew that no matter how long or how hard I trained, that I would not loose the look shortly after taking a break. It seems like my body instantly goes back into blubber mode on the first day that I take a break from the weights. The Vince DelMonte No Nonsense Muscle Building claims though that I can get that shape a lot faster then what I have assumed would take to get into shape. I would love to try it and see if I can hang out to a muscle build for longer then a break.
